Typically, I find short canyons to either be a tease or just not worth the effort. 

Usually they are a tease but Sundance canyon was quite nice. 

There are not too many raps in Sundance but when you work yourself lower, you get some fascinating views

and you get some jungle "esque " canyon in an otherwise, arid Arizona. 

The water get cold quick

even with a wetsuit you can get chilled as it drops into the lower 50s upper 40s

Indeed its a short canyon with water chilled like VOSS but your finale is quite the charm. 

Your starting to shiver as warm air blows up the keyhole as you bend around the corner

an luminarium of color, like fire, and breadth of depth take over. 

your rapping down a honest 180ft of mostly free air to a beautiful ending into west clear creek. 

now you are connected back to reality and west clear creek

We were greeted with hikers clapping and Stephen bringing cloth flowers from above. 

Apparently, there was a lingerie party in this canyon, and we were not invited. 

Lingerie was left inside the canyon along with some flowers, so Stephen gave them out to the hikers below. 

He is now known as "Steve, who came down from the sky to give flowers"

The hike through west clear creek was short and also, quite scenic

The hike was was steep and a few fucks given, we were out and back on the top.
