Davies cave is the last cave that we went to visit for the day on the mountain that contained Ball, Little Ball, and pine caves.

Davies cave has a beautiful entrance looking out into the basin and a nice room with some dusty formations. There were a couple of formations that appear to still be active but for the most part, this cave appears to be dormant.

There were also some side passages that led down into additional formation rooms but they quickly ended in muddy breakdown. Additionally, this cave has two entrances which was interesting to see from the inside out.

I was impressed to see the amount of ambient light that was coming into the passage from the entrance as it lit up a large section of the room and casted a interesting light into the cave.

We found some graffiti from the 1930s and noticed that this cave has visitors from what the register says.

This mountain has some very interesting geology going on and although the caves are not extensive, they are quite decorated and I am willing to be that there are more caves in this area that might have similar formations.
