Tankach-ha is another sinkhole that is quite developed for tourism.  There is a high dive and bus loads of people get dropped off here. 

This cenote was around 80-90 feet at its max depth and no diving is allowed ( from what I found ).  I was able to free dive down and felt that I was able to see most of the cenote by free diving.
