HEMLOCK & MESMORE CLIFFS

April 14, 2012

I made it down to English Indiana to check out mesmore and Hemlock cliffs which turned out to be a nice day to hike around the bluffs and observe the waterfall that was near the end of the trail.

I also hiked around a bit more to check out the old pioneer trails that were used as roads back in the 1800s which was also interesting to check out.

Hemlock & Messmore cliffs

Messmore cliff was a fantastic location and a great place to rappel if you are able to get permission to do it. There are also some small sand caves at the bottom of the bluff and an arch which was really interesting to see.

I headed back to Dave Evertons house to stay with him for the night and go to the Binkley Cave system for a photo trip to the big bone Mountain Room.
