After Visiting mutha cave we headed over to another shelter cave called Herd of Horses Cave.

 This cave was another easy hike up the hill to the entrance which went back around 100ft to an obvious end. The cave has some petroglyph embedded into the rock and also has a flowing spring that is seeping out of a flow stone drapery at the back.

 I am assuming that this cave was used for the access to the water in the pool for horses and other people that lived in this area.
