Ice box canyon is another technical and non technical canyon that can be enjoyed by most people that visit the red rock area. The Canyon can be walked into from the the bottom up to a dry fall.  What is interesting about this one is that this is a nice canyon gorge that tightens up a bit with some interesting flora in the watercourse. The technical portion went up past this dry fall a bit before reaching this point.  The steep hike tops your off with a nice view of the valley below and the park.  The raps that were encountered were up to 200ft. There was some down climbing but the last rap was the best. This is also next to the famous Ice Cube Canyon which is a fantastic technical canyon.
